Levels of Care
We tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our programs are designed for both teens and adults. Due to state policy, youth and adults in treatment do not comingle. All services are provided in individual, group, and family settings.
We may conduct an initial assessment to determine the level of care needed. The level of care is based on the severity of symptoms, the intensity of need, safety concerns, and other factors. A counselor will work with you to determine the level of care that is right for you, which may include:
Level 1 – Outpatient (1-8 hours)
Level 2.1 – Intensive Outpatient (more hours than regular outpatient)
Level 3.1 – Low intense residential
Level 3.2 – Withdrawal management
Level 3.5 – Higher intense residential
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
Patients can be enrolled in any level of care to receive MAT services.
DRUG COURT
Drug court is an opportunity for nonviolent offenders to avoid jail time, remove or reduce their charges, and get the help they need to recover from addiction.
A team of professionals, including a judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, probation officer, treatment providers, and others, meet weekly to review each participant’s progress. Participants receive points for attending group therapy, AA, or other recommended treatments.
Phase 1 – Weekly intense treatment.
Phase 2 – Treatment every two or three weeks.
Phase 3 – Monthly treatment.
Drug Court is a long-term commitment that typically lasts 6-12 months.
What to Expect:
If you are eligible for Drug Court and agree to participate, you will be placed on probation and required to appear in front of the judge every week.
You will be required to complete regular drug testing and may be subject to random searches.
You will be expected to attend weekly individual and group therapy sessions and weekly AA or NA meetings (or as frequently as advised by doctors and treatment providers).
You may be required to perform community service, pay fines, and restitution.
Upon successful completion of Drug Court, charges may be dismissed or reduced.
If you are ordered by the court to receive treatment for substance abuse, we can help. We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of those who are court-ordered.
